Tried to book an appointment for blood work but they were full. Needed the blood work quickly so I went in as a walk in. The staff proceeds to rudely remind me that I should have made an appointment and generally dragged their feet to help in any way. This is the kind of service that is only tolerated due to the necessity of getting healthcare. The fact that this company is taking over CT is very concerning as they are simply not interested in helping the patient.

My husband fell at home, landed on his wrist. Wanted an x-ray so I called and made an appointment for the following day at 8am. It was only after my husband arrived for his appointment that he was told he needed a doctor’s order to get an X-ray AND even if he had one, they didn’t have a technician to do X-rays until Friday (this was Weds). Frustrating, ridiculous waste of time!!

Healthcare nightmare. If you need to see a doctor for a same day sick visit, get ready to be told you need to go to a walk-in. What’s the point of a primary care physician if they won’t ever see you except for a yearly physical? They expect the elderly to manipulate technology for a virtual appointment. It’s a ridiculous, money grabbing healthcare system every one of these doctors buy into, meanwhile the patient suffers.

Have had an appointment canceled and rescheduled three times by this group. Having been waiting over sixteen months to get in for a routine physical. Will be looking elsewhere. Had great service when Dr Kaye was the physician. Professional service appears to have left when he did.

All of the staff at Hartford Healthcare Physical therapy were always kind to me and provided me professional, courteous treatment and rehabilitation for my lumber spine and core strengthening. A special thanks to Sara & Geoff.
