Unprofessional receptionists - don’t provide their names leave incomplete messages. Messages not actually reviewed or responded to by doctor! Can never actually speak with doctor which puts a patient at huge disadvantage - doctors not available to answer patient questions, fail to explain thoroughly. Very poor communication skills. Lack of verbal communication skills - wants to communicate through their web portal that doctor doesn’t read - instead some staff on ego trips. Even worse late last year they were a part of Yale data breach. Extremely impersonal & certainly not patient centered care. Rating: POOR

Rude staff and doctors who don’t care to find a diagnosis. The receptionists will just hang up the phone rather than doing their jobs.

Hard time getting my Medicine it was hell last year they wouldn't fill refused to As I was sick couldn't make it to Drs . They can't refuse your meds. But did It took a very long time to get my Heart Med. People wolho work here are very rude in person and on phone. It was poor visits here people don't seem happy to work here. Poor customer service From them to me as Patient Don't like this place I wouldn't after last year what they put me thro to Get my meds My Heart pill is a need every day. They don't have to be Rude about it.!!!

I'm new to the area. I was referred to this practice back in June for heart population. Been trying to get a hold of these ppl since June 2022. I could've been dead by now waiting on them. They have been sent my referral numerous times and here we are January 2023 and still no call. I have proof that my referrals have been sent and received by them and they still lieyin. Do not trust these liars. Go somewhere else. I think they are selecting who they want to see and who they don't. Very unprofessional if you ask me. They have one star because I couldn't not give any stars like I would have gave them.

The best lab for blood test i been with for 2 pregnancies both girls are best especially enilda(eni) i have a needle phobia she made it easy every time 3 hours blood sugar test was the non stress full because of “eni” she is best at her job both enilda and celeste are so kind and the best girls i ever met in any lab thank u so much for your services 😍
