PURE Medical Aesthetics

This was my first time visiting PURE aesthetics and I will definitely be returning! Kyle did my Botox injections perfectly. I had exactly the results I wanted – subtle and natural relaxation of my frown lines without freezing my expression. She was very attentive and caring during the appointment, taking the time to answer all my questions and making me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The clinic itself was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. I have already scheduled my next visit!

Kyle is amazing and so glad she joined the Norwalk team! She is a consummate professional and I trust her completely with my aesthetic needs. She is conservative in her recommendations so you don’t feel like you are being upsold. Every experience is always positive and the results speak for themselves! I am a forever client.

I see you responded to my review, but didn't actually address any of my complaints. I know it takes more than 6 sessions. It's the fact that the 6 I had with you were incompetantly performed and the area of incompletely cleared those 6 times. And that incompetance officially forced me to delay surgery. I truly hope this review stops other trans individuals from making the same mistake that I did by going here. ___________________________________________________ Don't go here if you are transgender. I attended 7+ laser hair removal sessions at Pure over the course of 2 years, 6 of which were needed for surgical reasons. The first time I went was for laser on my face. The technician misgendered me multiple times, but english seemed to be her second language and the laser was effective so I continued attending. The real problem started when I went for laser needed for bottom surgery. Before going, I made sure that they treated trans patients and that they knew what they were doing regarding my surgery needs. I was assured they did. I explained exactly where I needed laser done multiple times. On the first three sessions I attended, the technician did not do the entire specified area. It was hard to tell the first couple times because I was laying back and had goggles on to protect my eyes, but it became clear that they just weren't listening to what I was saying. After three sessions, I wrote to Emma, the owner, and told her about my experience. She very kindly met with me and refunded my sessions. She took advice on how to improve and asked if I would be willing to meet with a more experienced technician. I agreed and bought another package of 3 sessions. I don't know why, but even doing everything that I was recommended, these sessions with the new technician were entirely ineffective in halting ahir growth. In addition, the new technician also needed to be constantly prodded to actually address the entire area that I had REPEATEDLY told her I needed treated and would try to get me out the door without treatign the entire area. I don't know if the staff is uncomfortable with trans patients, unknowledgable about their needs, or some combo of both, but whatever the reason, the service I recieved here was horrible. I am out 500 dollars, but much more importantly, it set me 6+ months back in hair removal and delayed my plans. I honestly can't say how much I suggest avoiding this place if you are transgender. While I appreciate that the owner was willing to take feedback, that doesn't really matter if it isn't put into practice.

Emma and her team are the ABSOLUTE best !!!! Do not let anyone else EVER touch your face !!!!!!! I came to her in a desperate situation after seeing another highly regarded injector who unfortunately almost ruined my face. Emma explained everything thoroughly to me about what she was doing and came up with a plan. She schedules follow ups to make sure everything settles correctly. She truly cares and is a beautiful person inside and out. Thank you Emma I am beyond grateful !!!!!!!! I will see you in 4 weeks ❤️❤️❤️❤️

The staff at PURE are courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely skilled. Lauren helped me choose the correct direction for a more youthful appearance. She was able to explain her approach to me and answered all of my questions. She contacted me the day after to check in. Lauren did a fantastic job and I highly encourage you to visit her. The entire PURE staff, including owner Emma are absolutely amazing. They are beyond helpful and it is always a pleasure visiting this business.
