I recently visited Restore in Stamford, Connecticut, for my first experience with red light therapy and an infrared sauna, and I was incredibly impressed. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and helpful. A special shout-out to Alexa, who patiently guided me through both treatments, explaining the benefits and ensuring I felt comfortable and informed throughout my session. The red light therapy was a relaxing and rejuvenating experience, and I could already feel a difference afterward. The infrared sauna was equally enjoyable, providing a deep and soothing warmth that left me feeling completely refreshed. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained, contributing to the overall positive atmosphere. I'm looking forward to incorporating these treatments into my wellness routine and continuing to experience the benefits they offer. I highly recommend Restore in Stamford to anyone looking to explore red light therapy, infrared sauna, or other wellness services.

Today's session was terrific. The atmosphere was healthy and fun. It felt like being a member of a cool private club. The front desk staff were not pushy or sales-y, which was much appreciated.

The entire staff is incredibly accommodating, understanding, and knowledgeable! I’ve had two IV sessions so far, and both nurses were fantastic. I also had a HydroFacial Premium with Kathleen, who was an absolute gem! I look forward to continuing my experience with this amazing team.

The team at Restore was very inviting and informative during my visit. Nice place for many recovery options! I enjoyed getting my InBody done as a way to stay on track with my health goals along with trying the cryo.

Probably the silliest company and business model of all time. You can only go there if you’re perfectly healthy or looking to get “more well,” for well people. My husband was dehydrated and had a SLIGHTLY elevated heart rate… because, ya know, dehydration…. and was not able to get an IV. I just tried to go because my family is sick and I wanted to be preventative and feel like I could be getting sick and was told I can’t come in - while I was on the way. So if you’re looking for an iv if you’re perfectly healthy or haven’t been around anyone with germs, you should go here so they can overcharge you to put in vitamins that you wouldn’t need if you were healthy. Why offer Myers cocktail and sickness treatments if you don’t treat sick people. Make it make sense.
