Dr. Saryna Young

I’ve been seeing Dr Young for a little over 2 years now. She is really knowledgeable and never pushes for any unnecessary treatments. I’ve also brought my daughter to see her a couple of times for different concerns. All concerns were taking care of, and we never had any issues with wait time.

I have had Moes surgery and have melanoma in the family. The practice is quite efficient and good service. I was pleased with my visit and follow up. I’ve went to a few dermatologist, and I am reasonably happy with this one and sticking with them.

Dr. Young is first rate. I grew up in Southern California, totally destroyed my skin at the beach, I have her on speed dial. I've been to many dermatologists over the years and I love Dr. Young. Staff is very nice, office is unassuming but the care is top notch.

Dr. Young was friendly and knowledgeable, but I am unlikely to return given the tardiness and lack of customer service from support staff who seemed pretty overwhelmed with the volume of patients. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment, but the door was locked. I notified the office via app (as requested by text) that I arrived and received an auto-response that the office would reach out to me. I waited for 5 minutes and then called the office directly. The secretary answered the phone with please hold and I was placed on hold for over 5 minutes. When she came back on the line she told me there was another door around the back of the building and to use that door. When I arrived in the office the waiting room was completely full. Two patients were sitting on the floor because there were not enough chairs. I checked in and was not taken to the exam room until 45 min after my appointment was scheduled. The doctor took another 5 minutes or so to come in and examine me. My interaction with the doctor was fine. She was friendly and knowledgeable and offered me different treatment options. I am unlikely to return because of the fact that she was so behind schedule.

I love Dr. Young! She has changed my skin to look 10 years younger. She changed my life!
