Young Skin Dermatology

Dr. Young a good dermatologist. But the way she runs her office is either incompetent or lacking in patient empathy, or both. Every single time I visit I’m forced to wait over an hour past my appointment time to be seen. It’s ridiculous. Several times I’ve been forced to leave without being seen. We finally had it and informed the office we would be finding a new dermatologist. We promptly received a follow up call saying that if we stay we’ll be put on the ‘no wait” list. Seriously!? So the reason I’ve been waiting an hour plus is because I’m stacked behind a line of pissed off patients who threaten to leave and are out on a special list? How about just managing your appointments so they are seen on time? As I said, Dr. Young is a good dermatologist and if don’t value your time very much and don’t mind sitting around waiting for patients who are on the no wait list to be seen before you, then by all means, go see her. So frustrating.

Wow I can’t say enough great things about this place. If you’re looking for a dermatologist then this is the place to go. EVERY single person working here is incredibly nice including Dr Young and her NP. They tend to all my needs and their communication through phone and in person is excellent. My wife and I will only go here. Very importantly, she’s always able to fit me in, she’s very knowledgeable and her own skin care line works well. Definitely recommend this place

This is is about service and professionalism. I intended on being a patient. However while, sitting in the room with the intake coordinator who is asking me personal information, the front desk receptionist w hazel eyes comes in with a handheld credit card reader asking me to put a card on file for co pay, so I say what's my co pay, she said she didn't know. I almost burst out laughing because it felt like a parody. I will not be going back Ever!

I have been seeing Dr. Young for a about 5 years, first when she was with West Med and she left during the whole Covid epidemic and went on her own and she is very thorough on her examines and takes her time. I also have friends who see her and speak highly of her expertise and love her. My wife is going to make an appointment to see her as I speak very highly of her and explained to her the examine she does is very thorough and she says her current Dr. doesn't do have as much in her examines.

I am an 82 year old woman trying to take care of the largest organ of my body which is my skin. Long neglected and poorly cared for Dr. Young has helped me correct and improve my skin. Through her thorough guidance and instruction, I look and feel much better and know I am doing my best to care for my aging skin. So I say, "thank you Young Skin Dermatology". Linda L Bryant
