It is better to book at another skin laundry as they will actually keep your appointment and will not cancel and reschedule on you. This business is very unprofessional and I think that is because it is not held at the standards of New York and other locations . They rescheduled my appointment from 6 to 630 after already canceling once prior. Arrived to session within 10 minutes of appointment time and was denied. They told me I would need to be rescheduled since they close at 7 and they need 15 minutes for consult and 15 minutes for treatment. Would’ve been a good courtesy for the company to call me as soon as I was even a minute past 630 to let me know to not come. Can’t believe after canceling and rescheduling on me they didn’t excuse 7 min tardiness.

I had my first appointment at Skin Laundry, and I couldn't be more impressed! From the moment I walked in, Vanessa at the front was very welcoming and introduced me to the process in detail which helped ease my nerves. The experience was top-notch. My nurse practitioner , Alex, was incredibly informative and took the time to explain each step of the process, ensuring I felt comfortable and well taken care of. She was so gentle with my skin, and I left feeling refreshed and glowing. The entire team at Skin Laundry made me feel relaxed and confident in their care, and I’m already looking forward to my next appointment. I do hope they open a location in the DMV area soon — this is definitely a service I’d love to have closer to home!

I am very happy I decided to get a facial with Skin Laundry I received a thorough cleanse that remove excess makeup, dirt, and oil. They prepared my skin for the next steps. The laser treatment was very tolerable. My nurse was very gentle. The staffs have always been professional, friendly, welcoming and warm. They’re like family. I would definitely recommend going here 1000%. I saw a tremendous improvement in skin texture and skin tone. The glow is great and I feel awesome 🤩

I have been coming to skin laundry for about two months now. They staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. They have created a welcoming environment and make you feel comfortable despite the obvious insecurities I have with my skin. In these two months I’ve notice my acne scars are surfacing and my texture in my skin has improved so much. I’m excited to see future results. The guidance I’m given by the professionals here always seems to work. Such great ladies at this location.

I absolutely love the treatments at Skin Laundry! Especially their resurfacing facial or power duo combo. The staff is attentive and professional, and I have loved my results. 10/10 recommend!
