Dr O'Connell listens to your concerns and issues and offers safest and most effective options. He takes the time to answer all questions and doesn't oversell any procedures. The work he has done on me is outstanding!

Having been to other resources, Dr. O'Connell is by far the best! He spends time with you, listens, makes suggestions without overselling and has a great personality. I wish I had met with him years ago, but the good thing is... I have now. His staff is equally as nice and prepared. If you are looking for an honest plastic surgeon I would take the time to meet with him...:)

Dr. O’Connell is hands down the best. My 6 year old son was injured while on a camp field trip and needed stitches on his face. Dr. O’Connell fit us in on a moments notice and had him stitched up in no time. He was through, professional and made sure that everything was sterile and clean. He was so caring and patient with him. Everyone in the office was so nice. Heather was great! She made my son feel comforted. With Dr.O’Connell’s amazing work, my son will have minimal if any scaring. We have gotten compliments from nurses and others drs who we have run into on how great the stitches looked. We are very thankful for Dr. O’Connell!! Dr.O’Connell, Liam says, “You are the best and thank you!!”

When I first met Dr. Joseph O’Connell, I knew immediately that I had made the right choice. He is thoughtful, knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate. Despite his busy schedule, Dr. O’Connell sat down with me during the consultation and listened patiently to me, answering all of my questions and never once making me feel as though he was pressed for time. He explained all of the treatment options available to me, their pros and cons, and he did so without selling the more expensive treatment options over the others. Then I had the pleasure of meeting Brittany, the incredibly bright, extremely skilled and capable young woman who performed the treatments that Dr. O’Connell had recommended, and I knew that I was in good hands. Truly and without question, Dr. O’Connell and his staff are the very best and I never for a second hesitate to recommend them.

The office of Dr. O’Connell was a pleasant, warm, professional experience from the consultation appointment to the procedure itself. The staff were genuinely kind, and knowledgeable. Dr. O’Connell himself was personable, skilled, experienced and I felt comfortable to allow him to conduct such a delicate procedure. I would absolutely recommend his office and qualifications.
