Sarah is great! That’s the only reason I’m giving this place a 2 start. I have a huge problem with management. To start, one of my appointments was canceled without notifying me (they claimed it was scheduled too early) but no one bothered to called me to reschedule). Now, today I had an appointment. Unfortunately, my child woke up sick so I had to stay home with him. I also mentioned I could bring him with me if that was ok (mind it’s a 15 min appointment). The person on the phone precedes and tells me I can’t bring my sick child and I needed to pay the cancellation fee before I could reschedule. I don’t really care about the cancellation fee, but I care about how she was treating over the phone. Emergencies always come up and I shouldn’t be penalized for that. I do work in an office that has a same day cancellation fee but we waived that every time our clients tell us they have an emergency, because we care! Not once I’ve heard “sorry to hear your child is not feeling well”. Unfortunately, I already prepaid for my treatment. Once I’m done, I’m not going back there. Update! I had to cancel one of my appointments on the same day because I had an emergency. Sue was really rude over the phone and technically hang up on me saying, once I pay the cancellation fee I can call back to reschedule. I had no choice but to pay for the cancellation fee because I had purchased one year unlimited laser hair removal through Groupon (and only had 2 sessions). Otherwise I wouldn’t want to return to their office. I did write a bad review because I felt mistreated. I called back today to reschedule. The manager told me over the phone that they can’t see me unless I remove the bad review from Google. I refuse to remove my review Basically, they are making me choose between losing my voice or losing my money… they can keep the money. I’m done wasting my time and energy with this business

I found Hannah to be professional, friendly, and Happy to answer all the questions I had. The front desk was also professional and friendly, and got me a better Groupon deal than I already had. I would highly recommend Anyone looking for laser hair removal to go to top aesthetics.

I will start by saying that the providers I stuck with were wonderful. I saw a few at a different location for full body laser hair removal and I was in and out in 15 minutes, which made me feel as if the service was rushed. Once I found the providers I ended up using, they were wonderful. Unfortunately, management at this place seems like a nightmare. I would schedule appointments 8-10 weeks in advance because I, like many others have a job. I had multiple occasions where my appointment was changed or cancelled and then either rescheduled at a time that was not convenient or I was scrambling to reschedule. It was blamed on the computer system, whether that’s true, or my appointments were moved/cancelled because I was at the end of my membership and the hope was to fill my spot with a new paying customer, I will never know. Overall, the services I received were fine, but a lot of the management operation is shady and all the good providers kept leaving. I’d say find somewhere with more reliability on keeping scheduled appointments, especially if you work a cannot just come in whenever the office wants you to.

I just had a facial at Top Aesthetics, and I’m extremely disappointed with the experience. My appointment was with Victoria, who was very kind, gentle, and courteous. I initially purchased a Groupon voucher for myself and my mom for an anti-aging facial at $49 each. However, scheduling an appointment was incredibly frustrating - every time I booked, it was canceled, and all communication was solely via text. After multiple failed attempts, I was finally able to reach someone by phone, but only after stating that I would turn to the media if they were selling Groupon vouchers without honoring them. At that point, I was told we could come in, but the anti-aging treatment wasn’t available at that price. Instead, we were offered a "personalized facial" with an additional charge of $70 each. Unfortunately, the treatment we received was nothing close to a personalized facial or an anti-aging treatment. In all honesty, it felt like someone was simply practicing on our faces. To make matters worse, I just checked their website and see that their customized facials are listed at $120 – meaning that I would’ve been better off booking directly rather than going through Groupon and paying nearly $250 for two subpar treatments. I would strongly advise against wasting your time and money here.

Sarah is amazing. I’m there at least twice a month now and she’s always extremely professional and gentle. She does an amazing job, explains what she does while she’s doing it, and takes your skincare needs into consideration. The improvement in my skin speaks for itself! :D
