New patient visit. Doctor and nurse assistant were very nice. When I got home I received an email to set up their portal, which I did. I needed to send the doctor a message due to a question during my visit. I sent my message and got no response. I then left to two messages at the front desk about my question and got no response. I called again and the person told me that they don't look at the portal. Why have the portal then if you don't look at it! Still no responses.

Dr Burke is great. He is very personable and has great bedside manners.Both times I had him and it was years apart. He didn’t change a bit. Staff was very nice so was the nurse assistant.

The front desk staff, doctor, and assistant were extremely unprofessional. My appointment was scheduled for 2:00, but I wasn’t seen until 3:00. Then, they informed me that I’d have to come back for the removal of a spot. Honestly, I think I dodged a bullet by not going through with the procedure. Given their lack of professionalism, I can only imagine how things could have gone wrong. I strongly advise against anyone going to this place! If there were no stars- I would have chosen that option.

First time visit. Arrived 15 minutes early. Excessive paperwork filled out with a pen and clipboard, then waiting for that to be put into the system and then more waiting to get called for the appointment....45 minutes just to get checked in! No music in the waiting room, just the hum of the dentist office equipment next door and the frustrating sighs from everyone around you waiting. Got into the exam room and the doctor literally walked in and out in less than 7 minutes without even speaking directly to me. I even looked at the nurse and said did that just happen? Total lack of care, consideration, or respect. How do you properly evaluate a new patient in less than 7 minutes. My time, needs and care were completely disrespected. Do not recommend.

The front desk staff are totally unprofessional and have limited, if any at all, customer service skills. They are arrogant and highly ill mannered
