Do not waste your time here. They probably get new patients in quicker than loyal and current patients. They continually have providers leave and they don’t reschedule you as a patient. So when that provider leaves you have to call and make another appointment and it gets pushed back 7 months and this has happened twice before my next appointment (so there goes annual appointments). Horribly run business.

I have been a patient of Sunwise for many years, first in Middletown and then in Dover when they opened the office here. I love Gerald Stroup and feel very comfortable with his treatment. My concern, as a longtime and loyal patient, is that when I called requesting an appointment for something outside my yearly scan, I was told there were no available appointments for the next SEVEN MONTHS. This is completely inexcusable for an established patient. Although I am pleased with Gerald Stroup, I can not recommend this practice if this is apparently how they treat their established patients.

Everyone was friendly. I have thought about this for a while now. I had an appointment over a month ago for a full body scan. I was in and out in 5 minutes. I saw the Gerald Stroup, P.A. I had concerns about spots on my chest area he said they were due to age. He said they had something that would take care of them. I said no that’s ok. I just wanted to know if they were cause for concern. He mumbled something about no one wanting to do the procedure. I think I’ll be finding a new Dermatologist even if I have to drive further.

Dr. Chandni Patel is the best. She helped my mom when two MDs couldn’t. Including one from the same office which we had a bad experience with. Even the nursing staff that works with Dr. Patel are very helpful and nice too. She truly brought a smile on my mom’s face. when past treatments didn’t work and the insurance wouldn’t approve a new treatment. Dr. Patel gave my mom hope and was determined to get her approved by the insurance on the new treatment. Now my mom has an appropriate treatment and a hope. all because of this amazing provider. It’s very difficult nowadays to find a provider willing to go an extra mile and work hard to help you. Dr Patel went an extra mile to make sure her patient gets an appropriate treatment. I would recommend this this great provider to anyone. Thank you so much Dr. Patel

I signed up to do yearly skin checks here and the experience was great! The office I extremely clean and well decorated. The staff were very nice and my doctor was awesome. Told her about an issue and she was able immediately diagnose it and get me on track to be scheduled to have it resolved. Overall very happy with my experience
