I was greeted in a warm and timely manner and that young black lady who waited on was extremely helpful and honest and polite! She was so friendly and knowledgeable.
Lincare has supplied me with my CPAP supplies for 3 years now without any issues. I would highly recommend them. I am particularly enjoying the ability to order by text message now.
I’m slightly scared at times when I call for tank refills because they never answer the phone. You must always leave message and wait a couple days for a call back. Otherwise, they always supply my needs and the employees are very hospitable!
Lincare is always there to help with all of our oxygen needs. I can’t say enough good about the service man and the delivery guy. They’re wonderful.
***Update: it’s a day away from October and still dealing with this. Had to go through the AG and file fraud with our insurance company. Lincare STILL keeps charging our insurance for monthly medical supplies that we don’t get monthly. Stay away! Oh and the new equipment that started all this was supposed to be a TRAVEL SIZE machine. They said they didn’t have one and gave us a spare instead. Drs office said that’s a lie, it’s more work to give that one. So now we have to wait a year to get what we requested from lincare anyway. Horrible!!! We NEVER received bills. Our monthly subscription comes whenever, zero rhyme or reason to when it gets shipped. And now without sending us a bill or being “over due” since this order was just placed last month (35 days ago), they take close to $700 out of our checking account that we didn’t authorize!!!!! When I pulled up the EOB- that we haven’t received in the mail yet since it just happened- the EOB states that it was submitted WRONG AND TO RESUBMIT!!! Why are you taking money out of our account unauthorized for some crazy amount that insurance wasn’t covered? Insurance said it would be $19!!! They submit it wrong so they can get $700 instead! SHADY!! These reviews here make sense! I’d love to call you to discuss but you do this on a Sunday and your offices are closed. I definitely will be calling Monday and wasting my time and day on this foolishness
