Ideal Image Newark-Wilmington

I have been a client at Ideal Image-Newark for quite a number of years for laser hair removal. Kelly is the first person who you will see when you enter the office; she is a complete joy, and will easily brighten anyone’s day. She often answers when you call too; Kelly could not possibly be any friendlier. She’s a true gem. Every nurse who provides the treatments is exceptional. I have been fortunate to have had treatments with all of them over the years; each is so personable, genuinely nice, and professional. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is in need of laser hair removal. The group has a very supportive team. Everyone truly cares. I have just completed my last treatment with this location. The staff there is great and the results are amazing. The nurse Kayla H is amazing, very compassionate and personable. I would recommend her to anyone!! If you have her as your nurse just know you are in great hands!!!

Everyone here is very professional and friendly! This was my 7th treatment and Natalie and Rene have been extremely helpful throughout the whole process, they took the time to explain everything and made me feel as comfortable as possible. Their main concern is safety! They are awesome and will answer any questions you may have. I would definitely recommend this location.

I was really skeptical about trying laser to treat my hirsutism because I’ve tried laser hair removal at a doctor’s office and I’ve also tried electrolysis. I wasted so much money and saw minimal to no results. It actually felt like the hair growth was getting worse. When my friend told me about ideal image I immediately went in for a consultation. I was really skeptical about the pricing but they explained the science behind their methods. As a medical professional myself I appreciate that treatments are done by healthcare professionals.
