Wonderful Experience! Jessica, I believe she was a nurse was absolutely amazing! I couldn’t believe how upbeat & wonderful everyone was. Dr. Roussalis was phenomenal! I went in for a second opinion and he sat through every question I had and was so detailed with his answers. He showed me pictures and described everything along the way. I felt so comfortable with him. He did refer me to a general surgeon before hand but I will be returning to him. Wonderful establishment!

Dr. Roussalis and his team are amazing. I really enjoyed my experience. From the moment I check in through the consultation and leaving I felt like I was at home. His team is very professional, and his approach and consultation are seconds and then. I found everything that he shared to be spot on and if I find myself or friends in need of services in the future, I will highly recommend this team.

There is only one word I can think of when I think of Dr. John Rousasalis and his team and that is outstanding. For me customer service is major in no matter what you do and this team goes above and beyond to make sure you have an amazing experience. From the beginning of the process I worked with Vanessa. She guided me through the process and made me feel good about my choice to have the procedure done. She shared her own personal journey that helped me understand the process even more. She continuously checked on me from the day I decided and even after the procedure was done. Dr. Rousasalis made me feel comfortable and took his time answering all of my questions and explained what to expect before and after the procedure. I have to admit I’m most cases once you are done you don’t hear from doctors but he called to follow up the night after the surgery. The entire team the day of the procedure was amazing. They were caring, explained everything that was happening and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Dr. Rousasalis and his team did a fantastic job. Dr. Roussalis is an artist! He is an absolutely amazing surgeon and he has great bedside manner! I never imagined I could feel so good about myself. After losing 130 lbs he gave me a new lease on life and I think he is the best! I wouldn’t recommend anyone else!!!!!

Dr. Roussalis did a great job with liposuction. Being middle age, he was very careful to ensure I didn’t have any sagging skin. Pain was minimal, and follow-ups were detailed and helped me heal quickly. Would definetly recommend. His staff is great, caring, and always there to answer questions.
