Upon arrival, I was greeted by a very nice receptionist and checked in for my appointment. The waiting room is modern with modern furnishings. The seating is rather uncomfortable though. My tech escorted me to the treatment room and explained the procedure and answered any questions that I had prior to starting. I was a bit startled once the procedure got underway. It was somewhat painful and uncomfortable but, bearable. I was able to ask my technician to stop for a minute or two and she was very compliant. She continued to encourage me and chat to help pass the time and finished the procedure without any problem. Donna explained what to expect post procedure and was very efficient and clear. She suggested to call for any questions or issues that I may have had. Thank you for your service and I will follow up.

Vittoria has been my provider for going on 2 years and she is absolutely great! Laser has honestly been one of the best decisions I've made for myself and Premier is wonderful. They have the rigjt laser for people of color, and I have incredibly sensitive skin-- I have little.to no reaction after sessions!
