This office is extremely unprofessional needed days off of work after a tooth extraction that the Dr gave me since the extraction didn’t go well and that was no issue giving me excuse notes after every follow up but when it came down to writing all those days on one piece of paper it wasn’t allowed . This happened in November and I’m now getting a final answer late December that the Dr is not going to write the days he gave me off in between appointments. Do not recommend going here if you have to have paperwork filled out for employment.
I came here because they were the first dermatology clinic to accept me without insurance and were accepting new patients. I don't mind paying out of pocket for my health care but $800 to have a mole removed seems a bit excessive, don't you think? I understand this is a cosmetic clinic, so I'm sure people pay high dollar for face lifts and other various cosmetic procedures with "Cadillac" insurance plans and never witness the absurd billing practices that go on in places like this. I came in because I had a mole that had been itching on my shoulder for months. The doctor, we'll just call him Jason, was dismissive about it but offered to scrape it and have a lab done. $350 later, The office called me with the results saying it could be pre-cancerous and the margins weren't clear so I came in for a follow-up. I came in to have more of my flesh removed and tell the doctor what the woman on the phone said, HE SAYS my results were benign. I said "Then why am I here?" To which he says "For liability reasons, we just want to make sure there's nothing there". I didn't go to med school, but I know what benign means. I reluctantly agree to a second surgery. Another $350. Keep in mind, that should cover procedure and lab. I pay in full, both visits. Two weeks later I get a email invoice for another $100, with the reason simply stating payment. I call their billing department, she explains there was a third lab done. LOL really? I've got conflicting results from two labs and one of them according to Dr. Jason is benign. But for some reason there's a third? I guess the joke's on me. Hopefully my costly fiasco will be a lesson for anyone looking for a skin doc without insurance. Also, my shoulder still itches. Thanks for nothing doc.
Dr. Sabini and his entire staff are so kind and they ensure all questions are answered. My procedure was without complication and had great results. I highly recommend.
Dr. McIntyre and his staff are professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. They demonstrate concern for his patients throughout the process.
Dr. Sabini is very thorough and explained up coming procedures in detail. He and his nurse Samantha were empathetic and very professional. I would recommend him without reservation.
