Aesthetic Plastic Surgery of Delaware: Ian Lonergan, MD

I recently visited this office and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The receptionist, nurse, and doctor were all incredibly professional and kind, which made me feel comfortable and welcomed right away. I was impressed with how quickly I was seen—there was hardly any wait. Throughout the appointment, the doctor took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, ensuring I felt well-informed. I couldn't be more satisfied with the care I received and can easily see why so many people recommended this practice to me. Highly recommend!

Rude. Jennifer :Took business calls rather than keeping her appointment and doing her work with the client. Horrible experience! I left! 1)No one was at the front desk so I had to walk through the building until I found someone. 2)They basically told me to go away and wait in the front very rude. I waited for 20 minutes then I was taken to a room. 3) I explained what I wanted done and she told me basically to shut up and sit down and would not listen to me. 4)Then she left me again in the room. The doctor took a call that she was waiting for with the bill collectors. She left her patient waiting yet again. Bye. I won’t be back. Rude and poor customer service. You’d rather take business calls and keep people waiting and be rude to clients verbally & by your actions. No thanks. Won’t be back. I dropped a grand last time. I’ll put my money elsewhere.

Dr. Lonergan was great! Very meticulous in surgery and good bedside manner. Once I recover from my first surgery with him, I will be scheduling another procedure.

Love this practice! Very small and quaint. I have been a patient of Dr.Longeran for a few years and I have always been treated great by the staff every time I enter the building. I give this place a 10/10

Dr. Lonergan was very careful and thorough in his work, removing a cyst from my nose. He was also very kind and patient with me, asking my questions in a kind manner with his instructions for me, even months after the operation. His staff is consistently friendly and kind too, always welcoming me and engaging in conversation with me. I recommend Dr. Lonergan’s office to anyone!
