Dr. Teresina Jensen is one of the best doctors I’ve ever been too. She always explains everything and with my particular issues she got to the root of the problem and there was immediate action taken. All the staff is great! Nurses, billing department, etc. highly recommend!

I visited this office for the first time in November 2024 when I needed an excision for melanoma. Staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Payne explained everything thoroughly. She answered my questions and addressed my concerns. I have visited the office for two follow ups. Each time I was seen on time, and all staff were professional and friendly. At my most recent follow up I was recovering from a non-dermatology related surgery and Dr. Payne listened to my concerns and conducted a very thorough exam. I have been very happy with my care.

The waiting room was full but that didn't matter I was being seen within 5 minutes in and out pretty quick. All the staff are very nice and happy. It is a top notch practice. Laser treatment was quick and easy.

Dr. Payne is great. She provides thorough exams! She has a lovely manner and her assistants are kind and helpful.

Had an issue with my hair went to see the Dr and once we discussed a treatment and I didn’t want to use it, a concoction they created to accelerate your hair growth when I questioned it and asked if your hair would fall out or stop growing because you’re not using the product anymore she said it could. But if I use it , it will help me at the cost of 50 a month.that was the last time I saw her and when I made appointment to see her again they gave me someone else who couldn’t determine the situation of an other issue and had an other Dr come in to help. That being said when I had to do blood work and pick up meds, they never put it through and I had to call them to see if they can do so now. The order for my blood work was never added to lab corp as well and had to go on a different day so they can send in the script. When I call to find out info on my script they will tell me the Dr isn’t in or she left early never getting an answer. I had to go back to talk in person since no one would call me or talk to me on the phone. The front desk try to answer my question but never got the Dr or anyone in the back to answer me. All the front desk said is someone will get back to me, never did .This location is only interested in collecting money and once they get it, they want nothing to do with you unless it’s something to do with collecting money! Bad service! Made me feel like a number.
