The facility is so clean and I really felt at home. Jane was incredibly knowledgeable. I didn’t feel a single hair get plucked and that’s a good indicator that the treatment is being done correctly. Professional, personable, and very client/patient oriented. I’ve not experienced any delays from my scheduled time and they make sure their scheduling is very accommodating to my schedule. Staff is extremely nice and welcoming. I came in for electrolysis and I have an extremely low pain tolerance and hate needles. They were very patient and took the time to find a method that works for me and I’m extremely excited that I can start my electrolysis journey here. Consultation and 15 minutes of electrolysis for some unwanted body hair was a breeze! Everyone was incredibly friendly and informative of the process and what to expect moving forward. Barely any discomfort and they offer topical pain relief should it become an issue. Highly recommended!
