Overall great experience. Friendly atmosphere. Great customer service. Everyone had a smile on their face. Knowledgeable doctors. This is the first office to put my mind at ease regarding my daughters condition. I felt like they actually listen to my concerns and answered every question.

Dr. Plank and his staff were thorough, professional and kind as they prepped, performed, and checked up on my plastic surgery and laser procedure. They went above and beyond what I'd hoped they could accomplish. They're wonderful and worth every penny!

I went on 2/9/2025, and saw Jessica Torres for my daughters alopecia. She was great, understanding and informative. The only complaint I have is the cleaning. In need of a cleaning asap.

Don’t waste your time. Waited over an hour after my appointment time and was never seen by the doctor. Eventually I gave up and left. When I told the receptionist I had to leave and my appointment was over an hour ago she just said yes we’ve been backed up all day. Also after driving 45 minutes to this appointment there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. When I told the receptionist she said yes I know I have to go downstairs and get it. I’ll do it in a few minutes. Very unprofessional and unorganized office.

This is a great place for me. They are quick and efficient. I see Jessica and she understands my issue well and her treatment is the best I’ve ever had. I’ve seen two other highly rated dermatologists and her treatment plan has worked the best for me. I’m very happy with the approach and results.
