Daniel Kovacs, MD, FACS

I am so thankful that Dr. Daniel Kovacs is providing surgical solutions for my "deflated" body following considerable weight loss. Dr. Kovacs listened to what I wanted and helped me understand what my (realistic, safe) options looked like, and developed a plan accordingly. Over the summer he performed the first procedure, an abdominal panniculectomy. My incision has healed perfectly and it feels weird to refer to it as a scar; it is completely invisible under hipster bikini panties. My recovery was closely monitored, easy to manage, and complete; I was back at work in two weeks, and back in the gym at six weeks out. I've since gained so much strength and flexibility, and can achieve poses and exercises I could not anatomically perform previously; this surgery has been life-changing for me. Dr. Kovacs' staff is fantastic - efficient, whip-smart, and also warm and welcoming. Dr. Kovacs was responsive and clear when I had (m)any questions, gentle when I was nervous, and meticulous to a superlative level. You will not encounter a more thorough doctor, confirmed by the nurses at Delray Medical Center who were vocally impressed with him. I am counting down the days to the next procedure he'll be performing, which is the strongest endorsement I can give. Completely positive experience and I thank him in my head about a thousand times a day.

Dr. Kovacs is caring, thoughtful and highly skilled. I've been seeing him for botox and fillers and he never disappoints. Always natural looking results. He performed plastic surgery to repair my sister's mohs surgery on her nose and did a fabulous job. You would never know she had skin cancer removed. I might add that his office staff are wonderful. I highly recommend Dr. Kovacs.

Dr. Kovacs was our light at the end of the tunnel. Our 10 year old sustained a deep laceration above his eye that landed us in two different ERs. One ER wanted to send us to another hospital where an oral surgeon would stitch him up. We left AMA and went to Boca West after connecting with Dr. Kovacs. This Dr was so kind to come in after hours which shows such a passion for his craft and a love for patients. When he arrived he made my son so comfortable by making him laugh, explaining what he was doing and constantly assuring he was ok. Kovacs numbed the area so well that my son felt NO pain! He also took his time being methodical and a perfectionist with the stitches. By the time we left the hospital I was blown away with how amazing my son looked. We had braced ourselves for the worst and we were so happy with the results. Even the ER Drs and staff we amazed! Dr. Kovacs and his office staff were just as wonderful. His office is serene, the staff is warm and friendly and the removal of stitches was a breeze! My sons injury is healing so well and a month later it is hardly noticeable. I give all the credit to Dr. Kovacs!

I can not say enough about Dr Kovacs and his staff! He was extremely sensitive with guiding and helping my husband and I during an emergency situation. Dr. Kovacs was excellent in his explanations of what was going to happen and he followed through right to the end. His dedication is outstanding! His staff is exceptional as well! The office is spotless and beautiful! His staff was so nice and made you feel welcomed. Dr. Kovacs is excellent in his abilities and his obvious care for his patients. What really impressed my husband and I was that the hospital staff at Boca Regional Hospital kept commenting how professional and caring he was. This really made us feel very safe under his care.
