Dr. Conrad and her staff were excellent explaining the process and how well aligned my expectations were to what the achieved results would be. All questions were answered in detail. Specific areas of concern were addressed reassuring me the process would be smooth and take about an hour. The level of discomfort was reasonable and expected. The first 3 days of healing were tolerable and every day after that real improvements were more evident each day. I’m glad I took the time to invest in myself. It has helped me feel better about my image. I’m 55 years old and get compliments on my physical body appearance and don’t yet have a lot of grey hair so this process helped align my facial areas with the rest of me. I had some acne scars, sun damage from all the years in the sun and an overall redness that is way toned down, thanks to De Conrad and her staff. Very professional and I would recommend to everyone who is considering a process to correct some damages that have taken their toll over time.

The appointment has been on time. The front desk and the checkout desk people have been very knowledgeable and polite. Doctor Nicole Conrad and her assistant were very thorough in examination. The place is very clean.

I went in for an emergency cyst removal. I was in incredible pain that kept me up all night. Elizabeth Meador and her team took me in right away and performed such an amazing job like true professionals. I would highly recommend Clearlyderm because they helped me quickly to relieve all my pain!

Be aware of high fees. Charged a lot when I was there, supposedly they pre checked how much my insurance covered. Then got two additional bills. 3 total charges. There was a lack of transparency of cost for basically a maintenance review of freckles and moles. Nurse was very nice.

Dr. Elizabeth is incredibly professional. She took the time to understand my skin type and advised me on a personalized routine, not a cookie-cutter approach. I feel privileged to have had the opportunity to meet her. I highly recommend her to anyone, regardless of skin type. Her demeanor speaks for itself. -natty_nas_
