Initially the office seems very professional however after the visit when the Dr gave a prescription the insurance never accepted it as the office never communicated with them. It's been a month and a half I've tried reaching the office via phone unsuccessfully. Very disappointing. UPDATE (December 20th, 2024): Feedback from Barnett Dermatology "Assaf, thank you for your message. Your prescription getting was delayed due to your insurance company not responding quickly to the authorization request. We did the best we could, including giving you a sample and providing coupons. Unfortunately, we cannot override the decision of your insurance company. While we understand your frustration, we feel it is neither fair nor reasonable nor truthful to give us a negative review due to your frustrations with your insurance company especially in light of the efforts we made on your behalf." -- Barnett Dermatology, up until this point your office has still failed to communicate with me directly and still remain unreachable via phone calls/email. Moreover, - The attempts you describe of trying to help took place today while my post was made more than a week ago. - Trying to introduce me in a false light by saying I am not being truthful is absolutely unacceptable. - Yes, a sample was given to me *today* after I had to physically drive 30 min in order to talk to someone as your office was not available even once to pick up the phone in the last couple of months. Your office is still unavailable via phone. Up until now, the office has failed to provide information for how long I should use the sample given. - No coupon was ever offered to me. It is shocking how easily you allowed yourself to accuse me of being not truthful or fair while your reply is full of inaccuracies. - The office has promised i will be contacted by phone by the end of the day which DID NOT HAPPEN (but the office definitely reply here). - Moreover, the office pointed out the best way to communicate it via email. Unfortunately, there was no response to an email which was sent to you towards the end of the day. - Lastly, the fact you decided to reply here and disclose my medical insurance information publicly is completely inappropriate and absolutely crossing a legal boundary.

I’m a new patient at this practice after 15 years at my old dermatologist. What an amazing difference, this practice has been attentive and listened to my needs. Allie has been wonderful to work with, she explained everything that I’ve had done and has taken the time to listen. Highly recommend! 😊

Had an appointment with Ali Bahneman today. Very pleasant experience, professional staff, Ali was absolutely awesome, knowledgeable, and made everything pain and stress free with several skin tag removals. I highly recommend seeing her for her services. Ali and this office receives 5 stars.

SCAMMED. Remember...ALL the 5 STAR reviews can be purchased but BAD reviews likely tell the truth. I went in for a consultation for dark spots on my face. Sarah immediately recommended IPL treatment and could do it right then and there for $300. I did the treatment. Sarah told me the spots will darken first, my face might become red and feel like I got a sun burn. Sarah said I will see a SIGNIFICANT difference and what doesn't lighten from IPL might need to be frozen off for more $ The following day I called the office to let them know there was no sun burn feeling or redness and was worried that perhaps the laser was set on too low of a setting. Sarah called back telling me to give it time. Another week goes by and absolutely no change. Spoke to the office again who said give it time or they will have to freeze the spots. 2.5 weeks later... ABSOLUTELY zero lightening. I called again and sent photo evidence. NOW... Complete silence. No calls back but they are $300 richer.
