I could not get in touch with Dr. Barnett. I’ve been with her for almost 20 years. This is the response I received after trying through reviews, etc.. ^^^^Dear Shari dissatisfaction as expressed by your negative online review, we believe that we may not be the best practice to meet your needs. My visit went well and she was wonderful. Very thorough and down to earth. I felt comfortable with Dr.Barnett.

I called to make an appointment and spoke to Mina to confirm my insurance was still accepted, she assured me that it was and scheduled an appointment. Upon arriving I was told that my insurance is no longer accepted. I was very disapointed and asked to speak to the manager, but was told that she's in a meeting and will be there all day. Since I had to wait for a ride, I decided to wait in the office for the manager to be done. After just 5 minutes, Debbie the manager comes out and tells me to leave the office or they'll call the police. This has caused a lot of frustration.

I switched to Dr Barnett after going to the same derm for 5 years. I had my annual body scan appointment today and i am so thrilled to have found me NEW & IMPROVED home for dermatology! The office is very inviting, clean, smells nice and I enjoyed the music in the reception area. I pre-registered and did not have to do ANYTHING except pay upon my arrival (copay). For the first time ever, I had a full body scan and wasnt uncomfotably sweaty on the table! I was early, so Dr Barnett saw me early! She was professonal, thourough and to the point. I asked about other procedures and she gave me better recommendations, full transparency. I am really happy my friend recommended me to Dr. Barnett. I am looking forward to getting some additonal non-evasive procedures done in her office in the near future.

Amazing doctor with a fabulous bedside manner and wonderful office staff will never sell you what you do t need and will be honest about what you do need Extremely knowledgeable and professional!
