Shea was great, but she is no longer with Palm Beach Laser. My experiences with two other technicians—before and after Shea—have been rushed, not thorough, and lacking in professionalism and value. I sent an extensive email last week detailing concerns about customer care, treatment quality, and training. A business that values its customers would at least acknowledge the feedback. Yet, nearly a week has passed with no response. A polished website can bring people in, but it's the customer experience that keeps them coming back.

I have heard about microdermabrasion for years but was frightened of the idea of hundreds of needle-pokes in my face.Despite that, I finally mustered up the courage to do it. Venus was my technician. I can not say enough about her! She was so informative, caring, gentle, and made me feel completely at ease. She constantly asked if I was doing okay. Her client's comfort is of utmost importance to her! I loved how she explained every step of the procedure, as well. My skin felt fabulous when she was finished- very hydrated! But when I took a peek in the mirror, I was shocked by the redness. It is to be expected for the next 48 hours while my skin repairs itself and makes new collagen, YES! Goodbye wrinkles??! I will be back, Venus! Thanks for a great first experience!

Venus gave me the final of three microneedling treatments. She is extremely professional with cleaning and applying numbing cream and knowing how deep to go. My skin has never looked better!

I’ve been having to schedule and reschedule laser hair removal appointments for the last three months due to my schedule with a sick mom. During my second appointment, I was informed on the morning of the visit that the machine wasn’t working, but fortunately, they were able to contact me in time and reschedule it for another day at a different location. However, the new date fell on a school holiday, and I had to bring my son with me. Despite this, the technician refused to see me, citing company policy against children being present—even though she herself was pregnant. I contacted the main office to report the issue, but I’ve received no response, and it’s now been over a month. Today was my third or fourth treatment with them, and the technician informed me she could no longer treat the full area, claiming that part of it was considered the jaw, not the chin. It seems they’ve changed the description of the treatment areas midway through my treatment package. It feels like I’m not getting the full service I originally signed up and paid for. UPDATE: I had an excellent appointment with Shea K. at Palm Beach Laser and Aesthetics. From the moment I sat down, Shea made sure I was well taken care of. She took the time to thoroughly review my notes, ensuring she understood my concerns before getting started. Not only did she address everything I needed, but she also had me out of her chair quickly without feeling rushed. Shea was incredibly personable, and I really connected with her during the appointment. I appreciated how comfortable she made the entire experience. Highly recommend Shea for anyone seeking professional, thoughtful care!
