Associates In Dermatology

One of the worst offices I have been to unfortunately. Dr. who did the surgery said one word when he entered the office, "Hello". They failed to call in prescriptions and did not answer any messages (3) I left for them. Terrible surgeon who I would not recognize if I tripped over him in the street. Avoid this office! If I could give a lower rating I would!

Dr. Olga and the team at Associates in Dermatology in Clermont, FL provided me with excellent service and care. I have been going to her and this location for several years and have never been disappointed. When needed, she and her team has provided me with extended care and followed up with me through personal phone calls. In today's culture, name me another Doctor that would take the time to personally call you and give you updates and tests results? Recently I had a change in my medical coverage which meant I would have to change dermatologist. However, due to the customer care and attention to details I have always experienced here, I chose to pay out of pocket in order to continue with Dr. Olga and her team. I highly recommend her and would not hesitate to encourage my family and friends to visit her and the Clermont location.

The best place for all things Dermatology. Olga Foreman is awesome! I had a funky growth on my face but couldn't get an appointment until January 2024. I stopped in in December to see if Olga could give me some advice on how to treat the growth. She immediately took me in even without an appointment and did a biopsy. They are the best!

I had a terrible experience with Associates in Dermatology in Clermont, Dr. Olga. The staff was unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable when I wasn't even provided a cover or robe for the exam of my lower body. This was more than uncomfortable, it was embarrassing. I was also misdiagnosed and provided a prescription for medication that caused other issues. When I called the office to explain the medication had caused an adverse affect, I was told that was normal. It also took me three days to actually get a response regarding the concerning medication. After seeing another doctor, I was told I was misdiagnosed and provided appropriate medication. Thankfully I did seek additional care. Sadly I would not recommend Dr. Olga and her very uncaring, unprofessional staff. Typically, I am one to find opportunities to praise but on this occasion, I felt that it was important to share my experience.
