My entire experience with Dr. Feiner and his staff—from start to finish— has been nothing but wonderful. I got an elective double mastectomy with an aesthetic flat closure, and it has impacted my life in such a positive way. Dr. Feiner is a skillful, thoughtful and professional surgeon. After my surgery, the recovery process was pretty smooth and he was wonderful when I had questions and concerns— even late at night. Today, months later, I just had my last follow-up appointment with him, and I feel happier than ever. I couldn’t have achieved this state of peace with my body without him, and I’ll be grateful for this experience for the rest of my life.

I have been wanting a breast reduction since I was 16. Every woman in my family has had a breast reduction based upon insurance for as long as I can remember. The pain from my large bust was overwhelming in the best of times, but regardless of that- I did not want to lose my breasts entirely like my family members did (as a certain amount must be taken to qualify) I instead chose to seek a private surgeon and was, thankfully, guided to Dr. Feiner. I went into my first appointment knowing two things. One, I want my pain gone and two, I don’t want to wear a bra if I don’t want to. Dr. Feiner took these two vague requests and created ART. I know it may feel like I am exaggerating, but if you make an appointment with him- ask him to see my before and afters and you will understand. That man carved my chest out of marble. He knew what I wanted- needed- more than I did. In addition to that, he is so kind. Let’s not pretend this isn’t an awkward situation, even the most confident of people can struggle to bare their insecurities to someone- but Dr. Feiner is nothing but professional and warm. I have a history of overthinking my choices, wondering if I made the right one- days, weeks, months after making them- but I will tell you this- I will NEVER regret my choice to have Dr. Feiner perform my surgery. I can already tell that my whole life will be different now- guided not by insecurity- but by a pain-free, confidence.
