The office staff in this Clermont office is super nice, attentive, and professional-especially the lady at the front desk, who is adorable. My only complaint about the office is that I think the upkeep and cleanliness could be better. I don’t know if they’re lacking funds, but the facility and patient rooms need a facelift. I was somewhat disgusted (see photos) to see the condition of the bed, countertops and the scuffs and/or dirt the patient room I was in. When it comes to any healthcare facility, the cleanliness should be top-notch. Restaurants have health inspections to ensure cleanliness and upkeep. Healthcare facilities should too. Nevertheless, the staff still maintains professionalism, dealing with what they’re given and making “lemonade out of lemons.”

I went to Mid Dermatology for Cherry Angioma removal and was treated by Dr. Plank. Unfortunately, the procedure was poorly done. Instead of effectively cauterizing the blood vessel, only the surface of my skin was burned. The scab fell off in just five days, and the angiomas actually looked worse than before. I essentially paid $200 for nothing. To make matters worse, the clinic’s hygiene was questionable—there was a roach on the floor, which should have been my first warning sign. I do not recommend this place for dermatological procedures.

This Place is Fantastic! I went in to have a lipoma removed, and they spotted melanoma on my back. They immediately got the ball rolling to take care of it. I can't thank the entire Clermont Staff enough!

Today I was seen in the Clermont office by an Elizabeth Orlando. I had a rash and she cured me by just laying her hands on me! She must be sent her by Jesus Christ himself go to Mid Florida Dermatology if you need a miracle

I called on a Wednesday and was able to be scheduled for the very next day. My appointment was at 8:30am as a new patient and I was out of the office by 8:42am. Wow! The staff were professional and nice. I didn’t have to go through a sales presentation for skincare products or anything. Highly recommended!
