I’ve visited Atara several times & purchased a $300. Gift Certificate from her for a loved one. (Had Vivace Treatment & Botox for TMJ which was excellent). In total, this year, I believe I’ve spent around $2,000. in her office (and had planned on several more services going forward…) However, recently (fall 2024) I visited for my FIRST facial filler injection treatment & I feel the outcome was an EPIC FAILURE. In my opinion, the area treated looks much WORSE than before the injections. The area to the sides of my mouth were injected too much causing a collapse of the tissues under my lip which resulted in an exceedingly undesirable, much more pronounced “mental crease.” Which makes me look OLDER, not what I paid for… I feel I accurately expressed which area was most important to me for treatment & I feel that request was ignored & Atara placed the filler where she deemed most necessary leaving the area above my chin with an extremely ugly, more pronounced line above it which I loathe. I expressed my “100%” DISSATISFACTION with the filler she administered & suggested we come to a “mutual agreement” about FIXING MY FACE. When I contacted Atara about the filler problem it took her four days to respond, we set a time to meet & discuss & she told me in person pretty much: “TOO BAD, SO SAD.” In other words, she had neither an intention of fixing this face nor offering a fair reduction on a second (exact same service I requested). Now, my chin area needs MORE filler. If treatment of the area I wanted done required two sessions, Atara should have been forthcoming about that. That total, even with regular customer “discount” (secured by my credit card that she charges every month as credit towards my account - making me “eligible” for her 10% “discount”) would be approx: $1,100. (One Thousand, One-Hundred Dollars)… And for that cost, I REALLY EXPECT perfection (or, at least a look I’m “satisfied” with). I NO LONGER trust Atara or her services & I DO NOT RECOMMEND her. 👎👎👎. Now “0” stars for how she’s handled this customer concern. Go to someone who will LISTEN to your requests, be immediately responsive about concerns/problems and most importantly: GO TO A PROVIDER THAT GUARANTEES THEIR WORK and has enough experience in this field to do an excellent job. Not someone “new” with medical experience but not enough filler experience to be trustworthy, or business knowledge. You only have one face… & there are no “heroics” here. Good luck!!🍀

I get my dysport, lips and weight loss medication from Atara! I love how personable she is and the comfort ability she provides. I am a part of her monthly membership which ends up saving me a lot of money. She makes every procedure painless and really listens what your concerns and priorities are!

Atara is a very nice person. The spa is beautiful I went for a Restylane Lift 2 weeks ago.I didn’t get the results I hope for.I spent a lot of money!I had this done before and had great results which lasted 5 months.She wanted me to come back so she could see the results.I text her a picture-instead.Wouldn’t drive all the way back to Cooper City.I will never go back there again!
