Horrible experience, waste of money, time and travel. I received a gift certificate from my husband for laser hair removal. Upon my first visit the owner convinced me to switch my package of 12 sessions for a medium section to 6 sessions for a large section. I only wanted my upper lip done but she convinced me that I needed it on my chin and rest of my face. After each session I was prompted to shave before the next visit and no more tweezing or waxing. I noticed each time my hair grew more and thicker. I brought this to the owners attention and she assured me it was getting better and needed more time. At this session she amped the power and burned my face. After my 6th session she convinced me that I needed another 6 sessions. After 12 sessions my hair has doubled in quantity and I see no results from the laser. I am completely disappointed with my results and would not recommend this place.
