Amazing A+++++ I have been seeing Dr. Kerdel for approximately 15 years. He has changed my life !!! Not only is he an amazing, caring, kind, respectful Dr. with an excellent bed side manner ( hard to come by) he cares and has made my quality of life 100% better ! I should have written this 15 years ago ! Trust me, this Dr. is a miracle worker and I love him and his staff !!!

I went to the office The doctors working at this location are very attentive. However some of the employees that do some office jobs are disrespectful when providing feedback they don’t listen to you. I got issues always at this location to get my pharmacy prescription, they don’t send it on time. They have to improve the logistics and train better the employees to provide a class number one patient experience. They don’t make you feel welcome.

It is, unfortunately, a reality that not all doctors are professionals. It is with sincere reluctance that I must write this review. I feel is my responsibility as a disgruntled patient to post this! I visited Dr. Kerdel not once but twice. The diagnosis seemed simple and straightforward: dandruff! After my first visit, Dr. Kerdel prescribed special medications for me. My condition did not improve. I returned for a second consultation and paid a second $60.00 co-pay. The medications prescribed after visit # 2, worsened my condition. After speaking to the manager of this practice, I was informed that I would be required to pay a 3rd $60.00 co-pay! Part of making a correct diagnosis, is prescribing the correct medications. Patients should not have to pay 3 times for the correct diagnosis and medication. What’s more ludicrous, is that the doctor feels entitled to collect fees 3 times not only from patients but from their insurance companies! Do not visit this practice under any circumstance.

Good service but extremely fast... I've been there twice and both times I felt I was part of a assembly line, instead of a doctor visit where I can take the time to explain why I'm there... both the assistant doctor and senior give the impression they are in a rush all the time. The conversation happens at 10,000 mph and that's not the best way to "go to the doctor"... in total, the main doctor stays with the patient for less than 1 minute, which as you can imagine, is not what the patient is expecting... anyways, I remain to see if the treatment works, in whatever case I would be happy then no matter what 😊
