I have been going here since moving to Tampa. I see Virginia and she is AMAZING! She truly listens to you yet does what is best for you! She’s the only one that I’ll see . If you haven’t been to Premier give it a try you will not be disappointed and make your appointment with Virginia she’s truly a super star in her field!

I purchased a Groupon for hair laser removal. They booked the first appointment, which I went to. However, the next three appointments were cancelled by them. Each time they cancelled it was at least 4 weeks before they could schedule the next appoint. After the third cancellation I asked Groupon for a refund. Can't get the money back, only a Groupon gift certificate. What a scam!!!! BBB has them rated as an F.

Horrible experience, I bought a groupon for laser hair removal on my half legs. I went three times and the third one was a disaster. They amped up the laser strength and used a new machine on my legs, I got burned allover, I had blisters and scabs for a month, I spent a lots of $ on creams, and two months later I now have to live with white depigmentation spots all over. I will never wear a skirt to go out anymore. I had laser hair removal on my armpits years ago and it was done professionally I never had such problems!

Staff was kind and caring......when I bled the next day they saw me immediately. Dr. Robinson was super and the results were great.........I never had any problems with the staff or with my surgery.....Im going back in June to do more and I cant wait !!!!!

It was ok to get an initial appointment, after a while it became impossible to get a follow up appointment, have had to call everyday and hope for a cancelation. Hard to get results with so.
