Ariel & Christina were very knowledgeable when I came in regarding a concern that I had with a red mark near my collarbone. They both eased my mind and it turned out that it was nothing to be worry about. Thank you both for being kind, I really appreciate it!

Unfortunately, I will never find out how good the doctors are because my appointment got cancelled without them notifying me .. I scheduled the appointment way in advance to make sure I take advantage of my maxed out out of pocket on my insurance… they somehow didn’t have any of my contact info to notify of the appointment cancellation and as turned out (the day of the scheduled appointment) the doctor only does surgeries on that day… well why was the appointment booked for that time to begin with then!?? Long story short… I don’t have time to rebook with another doctor at year end and will have to pay for services with another provider next year… very disappointed… as I also did have to make other arrangements with work and my 2kids to make that “appointment”…

Horrible experience! I have Florida healthcare for my 3 year old son. I called this office, spoke with scheduling and advise scheduling of the issues I was having trying to find a pediatric dermatologist. The woman in scheduling began to explain to me that there is one physician there that would see my son. She collected all of my information all of my son’s information my health insurance information as well as my son’s member ID number. I was very excited to have an appointment finally.. I had to takeoff of work in the morning half my son missed school in the morning half just to arrive at our appointment to be turned away. I walked into the office completed the new patient information signed off on my forms went back up to the front desk to collect my insurance card just to be advised that they are not taking my son‘s insurance. The woman looked at me and smiled and said there was nothing she can do about it. The lady who sits in the back corner office was sitting there texting on her cell phone the entire time never came out to address or help with the issue very unprofessional, and apparently they do not communicate in this office nor does their scheduling department know whether or not insurance is in network or out of network After providing misleading information.

I hate being this person, but we had a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! it looks like they are only concerm about charging that copay every month. But for 2-3 months of my son's treatment, the prescription was never called in on time giving us a gap on treatment every time! I have called many times and left many messages with the office manager for my concerns and nobody ever called me back! I tried getting a paper prescription but the lady at the front desk said they only do electronic which is a lie! I had to find somewhere else to continue his treatment since they don't give a S*&% about any of our concerns. Please save your time and money and find somewhere else 🙏🏽 !!!

I don't typically leave reviews, but for this office, if I could give NO stars I would. I scheduled a new patient appointment in June. Went to my appointment with Janmary Beuchamp PA-C & was initially recommended to start an expensive oral medication. When I exhibited a bit of hesitation I was then given some topicals and told to follow up but the next available appointment wasn't until the end of August (almost 3 months away). In the mean time, I ended up in urgent care because the issue got worse. Urgent Care doctor had a different opinion on the diagnosis than the provider at this dermatology office and provided treatment. While the urgent care providers treatment did not resolve the issue all together I was finally seeing some type of relief. I had to reschedule the appointment in August (which was on my part). Finally able to get in to see a provider in September (the only reason for this is because I asked if I was required to see the same provider I saw during my first appointment). During the visit I saw Mirabella Muller PA & requested a biopsy or some kind of sample of the issue areas multiple times so that we were no longer guessing (as the treatments being given were not working). The provider wouldn't do it. Told me her diagnosis which was slightly different from the first providers and once again gave me more topicals. I spoke with the office manager about all of this. She was very nice, but in disbelief that the provider wouldn't do the biopsy (or sample) as requested. Needless to say, I scheduled an appointment at another dermatology office for a second opinion and requested the same thing (a biopsy or sample of some kind). The sample was taken and sure enough there was a skin infection that was causing the inflammation that I had been dealing with for so many months. Maybe I was just unlucky in the providers that I saw at this office. When a patient is trying to advocate for themselves, they should be heard and acknowledged. While, I understand that I am not a medical provider, I know my body and was clearly correct. This office may have some other wonderful providers, but that is not something I am willing to find out at this point.
