Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery - Deland - 600 W Plymouth Ave

My appointment with Dr. Brown yesterday went great. She listen to my needs and took the time to go over and explain everything in detail. She was very nice, friendly and knowledgeable. The staff was very friendly as well. Was very happy with my visit. I give them a 5 star 🌟 overall rating.

I called yesterday for an appointment expecting not to be able to get in as all these offices are usually booked for months well to my lovely surprise they said can you come tomorrow at 9? I was like oh heck yeah I can! I couldn’t be happier with the entire staff! I felt Alicea looked me over so incredibly careful and I have ALOT of moles she took her time and really felt she had taken extremely good care of me! I had to have 2 spots biopsied which was a breeze! Thank you all so much for the Excellent care I received today! 10 stars!!!

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! I had an appointment at 2:20 PM and left without being seen after waiting ONE HOUR in the waiting room. Nobody said anything to me as to why I was waiting so long while I was there so I got on the phone with my mom and told her I was about to leave because I have been waiting for an HOUR already. The front desk ladies heard me talking to my mom and proceeded to ask me for my name and said that she needed my insurance and my ID but at that point I was already ready to go because I had my one year-old daughter with me and waiting longer to be seen with her would not be feasible. So I wanted to reschedule an appointment with the enterprise office because this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Mind you this is a new patient appointment. When I told her I wanted to just cancel my appointment and reschedule for the enterprise office she said that they don’t have any appointments for the next two weeks. In my mind, I would think if you have a patient waiting for an hour that hasn’t been seen yet You would want to squeeze them in Any chance you could, but that clearly isn’t the case. So eventually, I left without rescheduling and I wanted to call for a reason as to why I was waiting one whole hour and haven’t been seen yet. So I called the practice and Elizabeth told me that the reason why I have not been seen in an hour of me waiting was because there was only three doctors. I knew this was a lie because the people who were there before me had already got seen and left, and the people who came in after me had already been seen and left. So that’s how I know she was lying to me and I don’t like being lied to. Just give me a real answer , if I was forgotten just say “I’m sorry they overlooked you” , but she couldn’t say that. She proceeded to lie to me 3 different times when I asked. This was just terrible, unprofessional, and unacceptable especially since nobody could at least offer me an apology for wasting my time.

I went and saw Alisha today. Her and her medical assistant were very sweet, caring and professional. She asked me what my concerns were since I was just there in September to see Dr Steffis. I pointed out the spots and she was very thorough checking them out. She told me what each were and then what they were going to do. I would recommend them for you Dermatology.

I had a great experience, Alicia Brown my PA checks me thoroughly to make sure my body shows no signs of skin issues or irritations. For that I am grateful :-)
