I've been a proud FIBB member for almost five years and love everything about it! I recently had an appointment for a peel I'd never tried before, and it was my first time seeing Kristen. She was incredibly thorough in explaining the peel and the process. Kristen was also very kind and made me feel extremely welcome and comfortable. She’s just the sweetest! I’ll definitely be seeing her again soon!

Woke up this morning with a face as clean and smooth as a babies bottom. Kristen was delightful, very professional and made my visit a wonderful experience. One less star for not being able to find Face it Botox easily. But now you have a quick solution! I’ll be back, love to have Kristen work with me again.

I had a wonderful experience here to get my moxi treatment. You walk in and all the staff is smiling and welcoming. The preparation for my treatment I felt at ease and prepared. Jacqueline who did the moxi treatment is so friendly and professional! Without a doubt, I’ll be back.

I had a Skinpen Microneedling session with Kristen yesterday. Before the appointment, I was a little worried about pain, but they put a numbing cream on first and the treatment itself felt like a massager vibrating on my skin. Kristen is so gentle and does lots of check-ins to make sure you’re comfortable. She also gave me great instruction and lots of good products to make sure I would be comfortable afterward. I’m very fair so I was told I’d be a little more red that night, and it did just look a bit like a sunburn, but the downtime was minimal. I’m back to work today with tinted sunscreen coverage only- and it’s not too red as you can see from the photo. Highly recommend FIBB- everyone that works there is so kind and helpful!
