I've been going to Laser Lounge for many years. I've been to their Estero and Naples location. The locations are clean and very spa like. There is no other option for me. I trust their team to always do an outstanding job. I'm extremely pleased. Their pricing is also competitive.

Garbage. And horrible service. That's what this business is selling. Treatment was done wrong, causing a painful reaction. They were over-priced. AND the service was terrible. Don't waste your money. There are a lot of other businesses THAT DO A WAY BETTER JOB, FOR LESS MONEY, in Fort Myers, Naples, Estero etc. Trust me.

During my hydrafacial A.J. told me all the machines are Koreshan, nothing is real. He won't do lashes, he leaves those for the $5 dollar girls and the people of the shop call anyone who uses weight loss pens, skelator face .... then he attacked my lip and damaged it so seriously with a device today I have to go have it checked out. ......... I have permenant damage to my both my upper and bottom lip.

I had never had any kind of Botox or filler treatment before and a little nervous but Contessa answered all of my questions and made me very comfortable! I love the results and I highly recommend her! The staff at the front desk is always welcoming and professional.
