Dr. Russel Palmer

I was fortunate enough to be referred to Dr. Palmer many years ago. Since then, I have had several procedures done and have been extremely happy with each and every one. I recently had a procedure done that did not turn out quite the way I would have hoped. This was NOT unexpected as Dr. Palmer explained this risk numerous times to me prior to the initial surgery. He was very cautious in his approach. After I healed, I met with him once again and after making me wait six months in order to completely heal, he did an additional small procedure to correct the issue AT NO CHARGE! Now it is perfect and I am so happy with the results. I highly recommend Dr. Palmer and his team and have, in fact, recommended him to many of my friends over the years all of which have been ecstatic with their results.

I reached out to Dr. Palmer based on his excellent reviews to see if he could repair my torn earlobe and he said absolutely! The office is warm and inviting. The rooms are clean. The procedure itself was rather quick and he explained everything as it was happening. It was not painful since I was numbed but there was some pain a few hours later, which was managed by ibuprofen. A little over a week later I had a follow up visit to have my stitches removed. I could not be happier. I still have 1 more visit to go to be re-pierced. However, if you have a torn lobe or require any other cosmetic procedure, I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Palmer.

I have been seeing Dr. Palmer for injections for the past few years. Recently I have been concerned with facial aging. Dr. Palmer answered all of my questions and concerns. He recommended a few different options. Dr. Palmer did the erbium resurfacing and plexr on my face and eyelids. The results are amazing! My skin looks great! My fine lines are gone. My sun damage is completely gone. My previous acne scars have diminished as well. I highly recommend Dr. Palmer. I appreciate his honesty in telling me I don’t need surgery as of yet. Most surgeons opt for surgery even if the patient isn’t in need of surgery yet.

Dr. Palmer went above my expectations. He is a consumate artist regarding your face and symmetry. I am beyond pleased and will most definitely be seeing Dr. Palmer for my cosmetic needs. His team is kind and professional. The entire experience from constultation to follow up was easy, pain free and relaxing. 10 stars!!!

DO NOT make the same mistake I did in trusting this doctor. Dr. Palmer destroyed my nose to the point that I cannot even breathe. It also looks so bad that I cannot go in public or take photos. I have zero confidence in myself now; my before is so much better(proven by photos and testimony from friends and family). The problem is he didn’t do what he said he was going to do. He also charged me for an otoplasty in which he did nothing but put stitches in my lobe and the only thing I have gotten out of it was scars, and zero change, factually even worse, in the way it looks. He doesn’t have care about his patients at all. I am now spending $50k to fix what he ruined for ~$10k and after several attempts, his office refuses to take accountability. I have been to several follow up appointments with him in which I’ve described my dislikes and have asked for a solution and the entire staff refuses to do anything. They want to make you feel like you’re the one at fault, even through many, many tears. Yes, I ignored the bad reviews on here and only looked at the good, and I chose Dr. Palmer thinking I could trust him. I can tell you now, that I made a huge mistake.
