I had a great experience with Dr. Palmer and his team. From start to finish everyone was incredibly professional, helpful, and courteous. A special shout out to Ana the administrator whose friendly and welcoming manner made every interaction a pleasure. Dr. Palmer‘s work left me very happy with natural looking results. I am writing this review to acknowledge Dr. Palmer’s outstanding work and to help readers find a trustworthy plastic surgeon. In my experience, Dr. Palmer is a gifted surgeon that turned a botched surgery into a work of art. Thirty years ago I had a cosmetic surgery in my home country without giving it much thought. Over time it developed scarring tissue and other noticeable complications that looked and felt quite awful. When I finally decided to have it revised, I had many concerns. I was also worried by previous bad reactions to anesthesia and other health issues I suffer from. Therefore, I did ample research. I met with several highly-reviewed plastic surgeons. They all seemed to know exactly what I needed just by looking at me, no time to discuss. I was not convinced. It wasn’t until I met with Dr. Palmer that I felt heard. Dr. Palmer was very generous with his time. He addressed all my concerns knowledgeably. Dr. Palmer has many years of experience, but he doesn’t rely only on that. He stays up-to-date with new and improved treatments and techniques, so he was able to offer me options tailored to my specific needs. He asked questions and took notes. Remember, during your procedure you will be under, your doctor will decide for you, be sure he knows what you want. Dr. Palmer owns a state-of the-art facility and works with the kindest staff I have ever met. The nurse and the anesthesiologist also met with me to review every detail of my medical history to ensure my safety and comfort during procedure and recovery. Dr. Palmer has a 100% clean safety track; a vital point to check when choosing your provider. Last but not least, his practice has more than reasonable fees, actually lower that others. The day of the surgery I was positive I had chosen the right surgeon for me, and I felt safe and well-cared. After the procedure Dr. Palmer was available on the phone and in person for follow up. I did not suffer any complications, no reactions to the anesthesia, and recovery was fast and smooth. Pain level was lower than in my first surgery and I was able to handle it with OTC medicine. One month after surgery I couldn’t be happier with the results. Dr. Palmer had the expertise needed to deliver results that look and feel exactly as I dreamed; he brought back my confidence and exceeded my expectations, I highly recommend him!

Dr. Palmer is thoughtful, thorough, comprehensive and not pushy. I found him through a recommendation from someone who had a face lift some 20 years ago and was still happy with the results! I had researched multiple Dr’s in Boca Raton & had to pay for a consultation before the appointment. I was ready to go forward in Boca until I learned of Dr. Palmer. The prices in Boca were double Dr. Palmer’s fees. More importantly, through a very qualified referral whom I trusted, I visited the office which was welcoming and unassuming. Following my consultation, (which was convenient and no charge), I was very confident I was making the right choice. Dr Palmer was happy to answer all questions we had. I checked credentials and read many reviews. I made my appointment. My results speak for themselves. Friends have been asking me referrals and I’m very happy to oblige. When I pass a mirror, with surprise, I recognize the person and it puts a smile on my face! A facelift & eye lift was a big step and it took time to heal. I have gone to Dr. Palmer for several procedures over the years and have always been very pleased with the results. He listens to what you would like to achieve, then provides his recommendations. His techniques for minimizing pain, scarring, and downtime are unique and so helpful. Staff is very friendly and responsive. I would highly recommend Dr. Palmer!

A friend told me about a client of hers who had a great face/neck lift. I asked to see his photo, and my friend called him on video call. I was completely blown away on how chiseled his jawline was and how natural he looked. I scheduled a consult, and I felt very comfortable with the office staff and Dr. Palmer. He is very warm, extremely thorough, knowledgable and a great listener. I thought about it and decided to move forward the end of July 2024. The face/neck lift went exactly as planned, and now I am 4 weeks post op, feeling and looking terrific! It was the best decision I have made for myself as I am now 59 years old and wanted to look more vibrant and refreshed.
