First time doing hair removal ever. They make you feel comfortable and give you amazing advice. Martha and Melissa were very welcoming and kind. Martha gave me a tour of the place and let me know about their services and promotions. Martha really set the tone for me and any hint of nerves went away. Morgan who did the hair removal was informative, understanding and kind as well. Ask whatever questions and she got you. I recommend them for hair removal and honestly I will be looking into other services. I will leave an additional review on the update of my results.

I recently had a laser hair removal procedure, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the experience! From start to finish, it was fantastic. My technician, Erica, made me feel completely at ease. She was incredibly attentive, always checking in on my comfort level and adjusting as needed. When I needed breaks, she was right there, and she even applied an ice pack to the more sensitive areas to ensure I felt as comfortable as possible. I’ve had laser hair removal before, but I’ve never experienced anything like this! Thanks to Erica’s expert touch, the procedure was virtually painless. I’m so grateful for her professionalism and care. If you're thinking about laser hair removal, I highly recommend seeing Erica—she truly makes all the difference!

So shady with pricing. They try their hardest for you to get in person Before they even give you their prices. Other HONEST companies have set prices available for all to be aware of and treated fairly. They gave me the run around instead just answering my pricing question. I am a busy women and just wanted honest upfront pricing. They Lost a potential customer. I bought a package of what I needed straight from a competitors website. They need to learn that they can't all be salesmen, just provide the darn service and answer the question!
