Matthew Zarraga, DO

I never wait anymore than 5 minutes before I am called into an examination room. Whoever is assisting Dr. Zarraga always asks me if I have any areas of concern. When doctor Zarraga comes in he always greets me with a huge greeting and smile. If you are looking for a dermatologist who truly is an artist at what he does, and also pretty easy on the eyes, I highly recommend Dr. Zarraga!!

My first time visiting and staff was personable. Dr. Zarraga came in with great energy and a huge smile and understood that I was looking for new options, being an eczema sufferer since childhood, and gave me three right then and there! One of which I had never heard of and another that I never knew I could find an affordable option for. I look forward to going on a new journey with him to see if I can better my quality of life with my skin condition. So far so good... :)

Great customer service and the staff are very attentive! Dr. Zarraga was very thorough and most intone in being realistic to a outcome of a procedure than just selling you a procedure that might not work as well. It’s not only the good practice but the honesty and good customer service that will catapult a business to success which this office has.

Awful customer service. First it took me hours to make an appointment because no one would pick up the phone. Then on the day of my appointment I was running late because of a work meeting and Michael was extreme rude and not catering at all! He made it as if I was such a bother to him. I kindly asked if he would please ask the doctor to see me since I was a new patient! I went ahead and found another doctors office who picked up their phone right away and was pleased to have me as a new patient! Don’t settle for less than amazing customer service. They need our business not the other way around. There’s so many offices around to settle for this kind of treatment!

I’ve been going to Dr. Zarraga’s office for years and the staff is always very welcoming and friendly. Dr. Zarraga truly cares about his patients and always makes you feel at ease. He’s knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things in detail. I would highly recommend him and his team.
