Always a great experience with Zroc Dermatology. I love that they communicate by text—it makes everything so easy! They are always responsive, kind, and efficient. I reached out with a billing question, and they handled it quickly and professionally. It’s rare to find such excellent customer service in a medical office, and I truly appreciate it!

Recently, I have needed their care more often and I can't express enough gratitude for the outstanding care I've received. Went in for yearly exam with Dr W. , who is such a caring person. She found something on my shoulder she didn't like did a biopsy and said we'll call in 2 weeks. Well one week later she had the results and sure enough I had to have a little surgery done. Was scheduled luckily the next day Her assistant Priscilla went right to work as soon as I got in the chair she was very professional, careful, and her numbing technique was excellent she knew exactly what she was doing . They waited about 20 minutes or so then Dr W came in and did the surgery she was precise, caring, thoughtful and made you feel at ease. She also answered my questions while doing the procedure and explained everything for the care after. Before leaving Priscilla went back over a few things with me about aftercare also. Thank you Dr W. & Priscilla for making a bit of a scary appointment go so smoothly The office staff is all very friendly, professional and go out of their way to help you.
