I’ve done laser for many years at many places and Joi, NP at the Gainesville location is the best of the best! I am closer to Ocala but I drive further just to see her. She is personable, kind, funny and makes you feel comfortable. I enjoy my appointments with her. Also she does great laser hair removal work!

The staff here are very welcoming and always make sure the patient feels comfortable. I showed up an hour and a half late to a session before and they still allowed me to squeeze my appointment in right then and there. Good people ❤️.

I just moved here and had to transfer services so I was a little nervous about starting with a different location. But Toni who I talked to first was so kind, helpful, patient, and took care of all my appointments and getting me ready for my first appointment here. Then I arrived and was met by Toni and Joi, so kind and professional. Joi did my treatment today and was phenomenal! Again kind, patient, professional, and a joy to work with as a patient. She made me feel at ease throughout the treatment. I'm so grateful to have found this location and these wonderful people!

I had my first treatment and I must say, I was a bit nervous. Serena made my experience go by so smooth. She provided all the info I needed and made the treatment a breeze. I look forward to my next visit. All of the office staff were very friendly and welcoming.
