Norman Fixel Institute for Neurological Diseases

This is one of the best-run medical facilities I’ve ever visited. We’re now on our fourth visit, and we’ve interacted with several specialists. Every single one of them has shown an amazing bedside manner. There’s a genuine kindness here that feels calming and so necessary for those suffering from neurological diseases. Clean facility. Comfortable waiting area. We’re actually looking forward to future visits.

Everyone is so concerned with health care insurance companies that health care fraud involving doctor/clinic medical provider is over looked and has been over looked but healthcare fraud is real and is happening because I can speak from personal present experience. What makes it a really bad personal present experience is that the doctor/clinic has provided me(patient) approximately seven years clinic/office medical provider care and approximately twenty eight clinic/office visits medical provider care and the doctor is supposed to be an university professor. I have had my employer's health care insurance for forty two years including being able to keep the insurance in my retirement and I have had only complaints concerning doctor/clinic medical providers not my health care insurance and that is why I now understand from my own personal past experience why health care is actually a medical practice.

Friendly staff, clean environment, appointments are close to scheduled times, welcoming atmosphere, very organized. Would have liked to see a bit more patience from the provider. It was, however, a day they were running 20 min late.

I am personally experiencing alleged suspected health care fraud/elder fraud. What makes the circumstance/situation really bad is that the doctor/clinic possess the same doctor/patient care medical records that the doctor downloaded/printed and provided a paper copy to the patient at the time of the doctor/patient clinic visit and the doctor/clinic received/possess the same healthcare insurance company documents that the patient has been provided by the same healthcare insurance company that documents the healthcare insurance company has provided the same documents to the doctor/clinic. Question is the doctor allegedly suspect of being solely responsible of the alleged suspected health care fraud/elder fraud or was the doctor provided any clinic/Fixel Institute administration/administrative assistance possibly resulting in alleged suspected joint responsibility of the allegedly suspected health care fraud/elder fraud?

Hold time on the phone is long but all other aspects of the practice from neurology to therapy is excellent. I have been a patient here since it opened.
