I was given a reasonable over the phone, and I drove an hour to the appointment just to be given a completely different unreasonable price in the office with out even being seen by the doctor. Very disappointed with the lack of transparency and do not recommend!
I had a wonderful experience here a few days ago. From the first phone call until I left, everyone I dealt with was kind, professional, and helpful. The nurse practitioner was very knowledgeable and explained everything that I needed to know. I was seen very close to my appointment time. All in all, a great experience. Highly recommend.
One star given in order to be able to post on here. I would recommend everyone to stay clear away from this office. My teen has seen Dr Guevara perhaps four times now and she has been nothing but disappointing to say the least. Wait time once you get called in are insane now, last time we waited for an hour for Dr Guevara to see my teen, only for her to take literally five minutes and leave...really?? She always walks in to the appointments in a rush, eating, doesn't let you ask any questions because she's talking the whole time and interrupts if you want to say a word, scolds you if she finds the need, doesn't listen to the patient's needs nor their worries and simply decides to keep prescribing stuff that makes your skin get worse. I'm surprised she still has a license to practice. My son has eczema which has not been addressed properly. All they do is take pictures of the "progress". I tried switching doctors but a day before the appointment, they tell me no other doctor actually accepts my insurance, something that should've been checked prior to giving me an appointment. There's all kinds of wrong with this place. We will be looking for another Dermatologist that wants to actually focus on their patients, one that can ask a simple question: How can I help? and actually help or at least try.
Two years ago this office was great but been back three times and they continue to replace all the staff. It’s a shame cause it’s a really nice and clean office but their PA needs to realize she is in the USA. Be cautious when scheduling an appointment and request to be seen by an actual dermatologist.
This Luminary Dermatology office is a rip off I went in to remove a cyst 3mm and another next to it 4mm wide, I had this procedure done before on my first visit with another Dermatologist. Luminary Dermatologist Yuleidy Andarcio not a Doctor but a nurse practitioner told me they had to schedule 2 surgeries, I asked why 2 surgeries? Her answer we are too busy! This is so they can have 2 billings to me and the insurance company! DO NOT GO THERE!
