Bay Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery

The office is clean and pleasant with the walls bright. Receptionist was pleasant and greeted you when you came in. Today I was actually taken in at my appointment time. Karen is always pleasant, thorough and makes you feel comfortable. Her aide was also pleasant. The receptionist checked me out and was able to make an appointment that fits my schedule.

It is always a pleasure going to Bay Dermatology. Dr. Karen is the kindest and most gentle person as well as all of her assistants. Thank you all for your help and patience with elderly people.

I sat in a room for over 35 minutes, in a paper gown, before anyone came in. I was told it was because everyone showed up for their appointments and you had add ones. You shouldn't be double and triple booking patients. It's disrespectful to your patients and their time! Also, while I was there, a random man walked into the exam room, as I was sitting there wearing nothing but a paper gown. This is unacceptable. This should never have been able to happen. There are locks on the doors. Use them! I am disgusted by this gross violation if my privacy! I usually have mo issues at this facility and really like my doctor, but today was just all bad. Do better

Karen, her assistant and her office staff are always so nice and cordial. I feel like she is very thorough with her exams and the procedures I had to get done went smoothly. I highly recommend her and Bay Dermatology in Homosassa! Angela H.
