Had to switch doctor and Dr. Dewberry was recommended. Excellent manners, attentive, responsive, and easy to talk to. He listens carefully and explains everything. Great visit for me. I felt like he really cared.

I had my first visit today. They were so much better than my previous dermatologist. They did not dismiss my concerns, they actually listened and mirrored my concerns to find answers as well as a treatment plan. I’m actually confident that I will get answers instead of getting dismissed. I’m very pleased with my visit. The staff wad professional and kind. Thank you!

Dr Foster removed Basel cell carcinoma from my husband's head today. His wife Chris stitched him up. They are such a great duo. The entire staff goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I would highly recommend this office.

Horrible customer billing service. I wasn’t made aware that there was a problem with the payments I made 3 months prior until 2 weeks before I received a certified letter in the mail telling me I had been dismissed as a patient (with no reason in the letter so I’m assuming it’s due to the billing issue). Two weeks prior when I received a phone call which I could not take indicating there was a problem with a payment I made, I returned the phone call only to have to leave a message and never received a phone call back. I attempted multiple times to reach someone in billing about the issue and never spoke with anyone. Prior to this, I attempted to make an appointment with the number provided only to have to leave multiple messages only to never receive a returned phone call. I had to physically go into the office to make an appointment. Then when I got an appointment the Dr I saw looked at me from multiple feet away said quickly this is the issue and this is what you’ll need to do and walked out. He wasn’t in the room 5 minutes and I was charged over $60 after my insurance coverage. Very disappointing experience.

I love Florida Dermatology! Everyone is so nice. They are caring professionals who make your visit as pleasant as possible. I have been going there since they opened ages ago and was so grateful to have an alternative to the "other" place.
