I should not even give one star. I purchased a groupon for hair removal. They texted me two days before my appointment saying that the appointment was canceled due to some reason. Two days after I received that message, I again got a message saying that my appointment was on so and so date and time. I went there after my work to get the treatment done. But the place was not even open. I waited 15 min. I called them but there was no response. I tried calling them again and there was no response at all.

This location is a joke! Nobody is in the office. They never answer the phone. Their voicemail box is full. The hours posted on the door are not accurate. I purchased a Groupon for 3 visits. I drove 30 minutes for a patch test (even though I’ve had the service before). She scheduled me another week out. I arrived a few minutes early only to stand in the hot sun for 30 minutes and she never showed up. I left there and stopped at the Racetrack Road location. It was like night and day! A knowledgeable receptionist there to assist me. They were so professional. Great hours! I booked an appointment with them right away. Stay away from Sunbeam!

Don't buy any IPL treatments in advance from Living Social/Groupon from this place. They never answer their phone and have weird hours. I have called/left messages and/or voicemail is full for 3 weeks and no response! Living Social will not return my money since it's past their 3 day return window. So disappointed in this whole situation. Go to a different more professional company ☺️

This place is the absolute best! The owner is kind and enthusiastic. I was coming regularly for ipl facials before Covid and was seeing amazing results. Didn’t realize how much of a difference it made until I started coming for treatments regularly again. My face is improving drastically.

I was a client back in 2016 for hair removal on my back. This was when this location was under different (poor) management. I have since returned and Chantina and her staff have honored my previous purchases with grace. They are doing a great job and I highly recommend them for hair removal services.
