I love this Dermatology office. The staff is great and the PA-C, Christi is very informative and thorough. She listens to my concerns and she doesn't rush me out. I am very happy and grateful for her care. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of skin care or other concerns.

Christ Saklad-Costello is amazing! I've been going to see her for years now since finding a questionable spot on my shoulder that turned out to be basal cell carcinoma. She is wonderful, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. She instantly puts nerves at ease, took a biopsy of the spot, discovered it was indeed basal cell and she removed it promptly. Everyone in the office is professional and pleasant. And the new location is wonderful as well. Don't hesitate to go see Christi for any concerns you may have.

Waste of my time , no one knew how to handle VA paying for visit ( even after they change appointment for a provider that is VA approved ) no medication, no idea how to get medication and kept asking me if I’m paying out of pocket. Plus still no call back from that appointment. Would not recommend or use again.

The office staff and doctor lack serious communication skills. Had consult in August and had to reach out to the office repeatedly to find out if my insurance would approve the treatment plan. Finally fed up with no answer from office, reached out to my Insurance to discover that the treatment plan was denied until other methods of treatment were tried first. That was 2 weeks ago and still no word from the doctor or office staff. I have worked for doctors and know how a responsible office works. I would not recommend.
