If you want the best, he’s the person you are looking for! If you want mediocre, go elsewhere. But, if you want someone who is focused on perfection, he’s your guy. If you want someone who is detailed, he's it. But most importantly, if you want someone who cares and treats you like family, he’s the one! Dr. Joseph is definitely a master at his craft. I was not the patient but my daughter was, and I could not be more pleased with the outcome. From beginning to end, he and his staff was amazing and very helpful. As you can imagine, the thought of having someone going in to cut through the bone and moving the jawbone was a nerve-wracking decision. So many questions and thoughts went through my mind. Should we do this, should we not. What if this happens, what if that happens? Do we just let it be? Are we making the right decision for our daughter? Lots of things to consider. Ultimately we decided to move forward, because we knew we were in great hands with Dr. Joseph. His staff were all amazing. We never felt rushed or pressured, everything was explained in detail, and the care throughout the whole process was above expectations. Post surgery, Dr. Joseph and his staff made themselves available to me should anything come up. They went out of their way to follow-up and check in often which I truly appreciated. We are so grateful to him and all the staff, especially Phaedra who has been so sweet since the first consultation and with us throughout. My daughter and I are very pleased with the results. It's been about 9 months now, and I can see how this surgery has given my daughter an extra layer of confidence and pride. She is happy, which also makes this momma happy. After enduring a scooter accident that left me with three separate fractures in my jawline, I initially went to Shands OMFS and suffered several complications. Although they stabilized the trauma, I left the hospital with a significantly altered facial structure that took a mental toll on me, and told there was nothing more to do on the matter. Desperate for a solution, I searched high and low for another specialist and found Doctor Joseph. Meeting him for the first time at my consultation appointment, Dr. J spent his time getting to know me and gathering all my necessary medical history. I immediately knew I was in the right hands. He reassured my mom and me, confidently stating he would bring me back to normal. Although the prospect of another surgery was initially daunting, his clinical confidence and compassion put us at ease. Over the next few months, filled with several appointments leading up to the surgery, Dr. Joseph and his staff ensured everything was perfect. He and his staff are a kind, welcoming healthcare team I have taken pleasure getting to know. If I had to go through the entire process again, I would be okay because Dr. Joseph made an excruciating recovery process exceptionally smooth. His work is flawless and he made me look and feel like how I used to be before the accident. This review is long overdue. I have been seeing Dr Joseph for at least 7 years, he is absolute artist. I get Botox every few months and he always takes his time to reassess and talk to me beforehand. Dr Joseph is not only immensely talented but he is so kind. I feel so lucky to have found him years ago. His staff is so warm and sweet as well! I look forward to my appointments and always leave feeling and looking better!
