Med Spa by Voupre

I recently visited MedSpa and wow—what an incredible experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was serene and welcoming. The staff was professional, attentive, and made me feel completely pampered. The treatments were amazing—my skin has never felt so refreshed and radiant. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, making it a truly luxurious experience. I can’t recommend this spa enough—just wow And thank you Lian and Nancy !

I was walking around the mall and noticed that a guy named David was offering me a sample of a product. He then showed me how the product works on my hands and was helpful on that. However, when he tried to sell me the products and told me the price, I politely told him that I’ll pass and he proceeded to ask me why. Like I owed him an explanation. It came off very pushy and I feel like that’s not how you gain customers.

YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. STAY AWAY, SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!! I signed up for the $59.99 special, which was supposed to be an hour. I got there more than 15 minutes early for my 10 am appt. And she told me they were running about 15 minutes late. Well, they were running 30 minutes late. The girl at the front desk asked me to go walk around and she’ll give me a call when they’re ready, I walked around but didn’t hear anything from her, at 10:30 came back and she gave me the paperwork to fill out, finally at 10:40 they took me back. She told me to lay down, I asked if she is going to do my neck and chest but she said they don’t provide gowns and she’ll massage my me through my clothes. The whole appointment It was over in 35 minutes. At the end they were pushing their products. The fact that I came in earlier specifically to get the paperwork done and had to wait an extra 30 minutes for the lady in front of me. My face does not look or feel any different, and I feel robed and stupid cause they fooled me, my time to listen to the pitch to buy their products afterwards. Not happy about my experience. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Jose asked me to write a review and I wrote one and it was never posted. So here I will try again. I had good 4 facials over 4 months. 2 with Nazareth, who was wonderful, and 2 with Nancy who was good but there is a language problem, she speaks very little English. Jose suggested next that I have microneedling. I asked Jose to send me some links and some before and after pictures, he took a week to get back to me and just wanted me to come in. I had been trying for 2 weeks to contact them but their message system was full and I could not leave a message. I tried texting back to their appointment reminder, they recieved my inquire but never responded. They are very high pressure on expensive procedures, and products. I consulted with a friend and she did not believe I needed microneedling, I feel they just wanting to get you to spend money and not concerned if you really need it.

This was 1st professional facial and I loved every minute.Nazareth was wonderful ! She explained each step. She was very concerned with my comfort. It was great. I’ll be back!
